We are a professional organization that is solely dedicated to delivering the shoes our customers deserve. We have the highest-quality and most trendy shoes that can meet your desired intent. It does not matter what the occasion is, we have the perfect footwear for you and everyone. Our professional staff members are highly trained individuals who will assist our customers with their needs or wants.
We are an organization that is committed to our community and our environment. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very high on our priorities. Our high-durability shoes are made of polyamideimide (PAI), which is a highly strengthened plastic that is obtained by a triple-recycled process and reduces emissions and waste. We obtained the recycled plastic from four different countries. We provide our customers with the highest quality shoes available within the area made from different brands and our policies allow us to only obtain and sell shoes made from these materials that have gone through the proper recycling processes.
Our organization is committed to ethics and fair treatment. We strictly exercise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The Most Casual Footwear Co. is not a typical and common retail store where customers buy shoes, and the company generates profit and ignores opportunities to help others. Here, we are a team, and we are searching for members to join our team and help us help each other out, collectively. Strengthening our bond with our communities, along with the environment is a top priority for us. Our sights are not fixated on profit only. We’re focused on you, everyone around us, and our environment. We are committed to recycling and using only recycled materials from safe, ethical, and compliant international manufacturers and warehouses that have followed the proper procedures and certifications. The use of recycled materials is a vetted process that has been thoroughly examined and approved by the International Association for Society and Natural Resources, along with other local international administrations. The use of recycled plastic is purchased from the world’s highest plastic recycling plants in countries such as Germany, England, South Korea, and Singapore. The plastic that is recovered and recycled from these specific countries goes through a unique process that has been recently known as the triple-recycling compound process, which reduces emissions by 20% and reduces waste by 35%. This is the process that produces the high-tensile strengthened plastic known as polyamideimide (PAI). PAI has been recently established over the last decade as the most impressive plastic. It contains a tensile strength of up to 21,000 psi. Its high durability allows us to create the best quality of shoes that will last longer than many shoes of different brands on the market. Our PAI plastic can be replicated or produced by different processes and materials; however, they may cause further contamination or increase waste. We have strict policies in place that have a zero tolerance for alterations or substitutions and international contracts that guarantee the transparency of our quality of shoes. In addition to our commitment to the community, for every 10th pair of shoes sold, we provide one pair of shoes to a child in need between ages four to -fourteen-years old in a third-world country in South America. These countries that we gladly assist are Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. The Most Casual Footwear Co. is a unique organization in which our end state is conducting business the right way. We take pride and joy in doing our job while remaining committed to our ethical practices enforced by policies that guide us through values and morals above expectations in comparison to many other organizations. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for Equal Opportunity violations in accordance with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Our policy protects our employees from maltreatment or racism from seniors, peers, or subordinate associates against skin color, race, ethnicity, religion, place of origin, gender, or disability. This policy prevents the company from not hiring or firing a person because of one or more of the protected categories mentioned. The policy also protects its employees from any type of reprimand and will not tolerate any negative acts or retaliation towards victims or alleged victims in either verbal, non-verbal, or physical manners. We empower Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our organization. We also protect our employees from any potential threats outside of our organization, to include prospective customers. Our Zero Tolerance Policy, Annex B highlights that we will not allow anyone to take any type of negative action in a verbal or non-verbal manner against our staff employees and will ask prospective customers to leave immediately or law enforcement agencies will be notified. Our employees are our greatest assets and will be treated as such, as we expect them to treat prospective customers likewise. Our ethical practices expand beyond our organization, and we are committed to conducting proper business; therefore, we will not conduct nor take any negative action(s) to defame nor damage any other competing company or their reputation within our market. Our Integrity Policy contains specific guidance on how our company will not be involved in any action that could potentially damage or defame any other business or organization. We take pride in exercising integrity and ethical business, as this is the culture that we foster, and will continue to foster within our organization.

We have a strict company policy that prevents us from using any just any resources to produce our footwear. There are contracts in place with foreign countries that supply us with recycled plastic such as Germany, England, South Korea, and Singapore. Also, for every 10th pair sold, the Most Casual Footwear Co. delivers one pair of our shoes to a child in need in a third-world country in South America like Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua.
